Thank you for shopping with Cardiff Blues. We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If you wish to return any part of your order please do so in an unused condition within 28 days of purchase, with the original packaging and all labels still attached. Please return all packages to:

Accuracy of colours and descriptions

There may be slight variations between the colour of products you receive and how they appear on the website – this could be due to the lighting conditions at time of photography and/or colour settings on your computer.

We aim to ensure that the colours shown on the images are a true reflection of the actual colour but we ask that you use the colours shown on the website as a guide.

Cardiff Blues / Cardiff RFC Ltd does not accept responsibility/liability for representations made by a third party for product features or suitability for a particular use.

Whilst we try to give as much information possible about our products, please check with the manufacturer if full product specification is required.
Most items are held in stock and orders received before 2pm will usually be dispatched the same day. Orders placed over a weekend will be dispatched the next working day. We make every effort to ensure that all items on the website are available but on rare occasions items will be temporarily out of stock or have sold out earlier than planned. You will be contacted if this situation arises. Please note that all items are subject to availability.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta. We do not accept Visa Electron or American Express.

We have the right to cancel or refuse your order. If your payment has already been processed we will issue a refund for the full amount of your purchase.

All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT, delivery charges will vary according to preferred delivery method.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 28 days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange - excluding postage & packing.

We would advise that you return your item via Recorded or Special Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty.
