Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cardiff Blues. We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, however, we appreciate that you may need to return an item. 

 On-line Returns

All NHS products are non returnable due to them being a bespoke item. 

If you are returning the item(s) bought on-line (which is not faulty), you have 14 days from receipt of the item(s) to notify us of the item you wish to return. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Please return your item(s) in an unused condition in the original packaging and all labels still attached,along with a completed Returns Form.

If returning your item(s) by post, we would recommend that you use Registered Post as we cannot accept responsibility of any lost items. Please clearly state on the form the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Postage costs will only be reimbursed if the product is deemed to be faulty. Any sale item being returned will also have a charge for postage back to you. This will be via DPD service we use at a charge of £5.95.

Shop Returns - In person not being received at this time. 

If you are returning items bought in the Cardiff Blues shop, please return your purchase(s) to the Cardiff Blues shop in an unused condition, within 28 days of purchasing. Any purchases returned after the date will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your order has arrived faulty, please email us at shop@cardiffblues.com or on 029 2030 2018 and state your order number and the item fault. You have up to 6 months from the date of purchase to return a faulty item. By law, you have 30 days from receiving the item(s) to return the faulty item to us for a refund; after 30 days you will be eligible for an exchange / credit note only. 


Accuracy of Colours and Descriptions
There may be slight variations between the colour of products you receive and how they appear on the website – this could be due to the lighting conditions at time of photography and/or colour settings on your computer. We aim to ensure that the colours shown on the images are a true reflection of the actual colour but we ask that you use the colours shown on the website as a guide.
